Located at Avenida São Valério, 98, Cidade Jardim, jaderalmeida Lab is made up of two distinct buildings. The former residence was transformed into a free enclosure of internal walls. With wide visual permeability, the two levels create different sensations as they are traveled. The other building is new, and follows the concept of open pavilion, with geometric purity and clarity of uses. In these two planes configure the floors, being the ground floor protected by glass and the free rooftop suggests an area of conviviality and contemplation. Rationality and lightness, characteristics of Jader Almeida’s trait summarize the place. This place that was called “LAB” to celebrate the good things of life.
